System Pulse is a super cheesey event frequency visualization. A green pulse sweeps across the menu bar at a rate proportional to the rate which events pass through a jGNE filter. If the rate goes to 0, the pulse is red. The animation is performed by an MP task.
Uses the jGNE helper DTS sample code.
It does not properly handle the case where a jGNE filter is installed after System Pulse and System Pulse terminates. It's a hack!
The code sucks, the few comments don't match the code, and the animation flickers.
